The reform of the Spanish business legislation, originated by the need to adapt to the guidelines of the European Economic Community, introduced –among other important changes- the obligation to audit the accounting of numerous companies.
For this reason, our firm also includes a company of account auditors that is exclusively dedicated to offering corporate auditing services.
We can also offer additional services: limited revisions of financial statements, consulting on policies and consolidation of financial statements, revisions of internal control systems, etc.
